Re: Fallout 76

I'm actually starting to enjoy it, the world is very empty of players though. This week a bug fix patch comes out and next week there is a BIG patch, including official ultrawide support, which will be welcomed :)

Re: Mellie's Random Game Discussion Thread

So uh, who else is addicted to RDR2? Easily the best game I have ever played. Yeah it's amazing. I can't remember another game with so much polish and quality. I just upgraded to a 4k TV as a result of playing it :D Not even going to lie, all I want in life right now is lots and lots of RDR2, proba...

Re: Fleeting/Random/Thoughts

^ Yep the Louis Theroux doco on it made me realise it's not a simple as is made out. I would also say that the meat needs to be used by the local community rather than just going to waste once trophies are taken. And wild, endangered animals... no way. However I did find it interesting that one of t...

Re: The UFC/MMA thread

Yeah maybe ^ Might be a situation where he gets babied too much with subs because he's "the champ". Never know wtf goes on in some training camps. I reckon most of his grappling training goes into avoiding takedowns and getting back up after them, a la Chuck Liddel "wrestling in reverse". It would ...

Or the simple explanation is that while Conor has half decent wrestling and takedown defense, his sub defense is garbage.

Fine and suspension is my guess
Yeah that would be my assumption. I think Dana will avoid imposing more sanctions than the athletic commission brings down, as it would make him look like a massive hypocrite.

Re: Mellie's Random Game Discussion Thread

My biggest issue with FO4 and what stopped me completing is i get sidetracked by building bullshit, it's entirely silly and doesnt add anything to the game at all but timesink. The current playthrough I'm doing is using the Sim Settlements and Horizon mods, which adds a point to the base building. ...

Started playing Shadow of War from the start again, finding the combat quite intuitive and fluid after playing both LOTR games quite a bit in the past. Last time I played it was on my old PC, runs smooth as on the new beastie and UWS monitor :D

One of the first ones is the old test they would do with kids to test their self control where they would put a marshmallow on the table and say if they waited 10 minutes until...
