Re: Federal Election May 18, 2019!

still plenty of thought to be had around such a crushing defeat for labor. seems negativity will be the way of politics with this current crop of politicians, that road is well paved now. Labor did overreach with policy imo, as did the democrats, and forgot to nurture their base. Adani and franking ...

gosh there are some crazy stupid parties for the senate, even in the ACT most of them I want to put last but I do feel sorry for the other states absolute mad number of senate hopefuls; I think they should make the bar higher for nomination. https://www.abc.net.au/news/2019-05-16/federal-election-ev...

comp getting serious with some interesting results over the weekend, the doggy's seem to have found some form but the fact that Mini and Makena picked them indicates some mafia influencers are a work :questioningwink: and how good are the Dees, they could have won by 12 but choose to win by 1 :D htt...

Re: Federal Election May 18, 2019!

Do you know anything about the independent running in Canberra? Can't tell if he's a joke candidate like Palmer or serious like all the arseholes who aren't Palmer. he sounds a tad weird, anyone that talks about a high speed rail is talking piesky and not sure how indi he is; not much choice though...

Re: Federal Election May 18, 2019!

I'm gonna vote on election day this year. I haven't done that since 2007 - at least for federal elections. Might even get a democracy sausage if there's one available. next week there will be a map of polling places in Canberra and what food is on offer, I'll post a link when it goes live but all p...

I already did that and found all parties fell close to equal :-\ go with the local member that rocks your boat, they will be the person that you can chat with if you have an issue. and the IPA are turning up the heat, no. 10 seems the favourite :) https://twitter.com/ALeighMP/status/111838344550642...

big 9gb patch for FC5. I mention it because it is rather rare for ubi to patch a game one year on but the popularity of Far Cry New Dawn (an stand alone expansion of FC5) has motivated them to revisit some of the issues in FC5. So if you did have some problems with FC5 might be worth firing it up an...

Makena is setting the standard with 3 from 3, oh sry that is 3 and 3 = 6. but good news Makena the Dees will be fielding the women's team from after next week; they're just having a rest before taking over from the boys so we should see a few wins in the coming weeks... YAY :)
