I don't mind her accent. But then I'm also turned on by Saoirse Ronan's Irish accent too and I use to date an English chick so I must like the way women from that area of the world sound.

Cardiff is a special place and worth a visit, the Dr Who museum has lots of cool things and the Ianto shrine at the wharf a throw back to Torchwood. The only downside to Cardiff is that it seems to rain most of the time, you can tell it does as the locals don't even notice the rain and just walk about in the rain like it's normal.

Yeah, I'll definitely be checking out all the Doctor Who stuff when I finally visit the UK...

In the meantime, here's the full comic con panel (at least it looks like it; I need to head to work so don't have an hour to sit through the vid)...

Oh, and this is pretty cool too...

I saw a promo for the new series on the ABC yesterday so I'm thinking maybe 8 weeks till it starts so perhaps in 5 weeks till they'll repeat series 10 which has 14 episodes as the lead in; they finished on series 9 earlier in the year

I'm tempted by the lady christina audio series, I had a listen to the sample last week and it's pretty good. she was a good character in Dr Who, I always expected her to reappear.... maybe she will :)

The ABC's timeslot of 5.45 pm on TV for this is going over well. Look's like its time to crank the PVR again - the resolution on Iview isnt exactly what I'd call top-notch.

I quite enjoyed that first episode for this season. I wouldn't say it was mind blowing... but a fun ride like it always is. My only issue is the new series is the time it's showing... I like waking up on Sunday mornings to having a new episode to look forward to. Now I gotta get through work on Monday and then I'd have chores and stuff to do when I get home before I can watch the episode!

Anyway, here's what's coming up next week...

Not sure what was going on, but sometimes the lips and the audio seemed slightly out of sync. I found that a bit distracting.
Background music seemed quieter in this season. But I'm house sitting, so that might be why it seems different to what I'm used to.
