Slither used to run amazingly but recently it lags like mad for me.

Yeah, the lag kills it for me too. I keep going back and trying again, but it nearly always ends up in lag deaths still.

I attempted to play some Overwatch tonight, but getting major lag...
Thought I would go and check the troubleshooting on Blizzard's website...

Ran a ping to the D3 server IP - 40ms
to the WoW server IP - 41ms
to the Overwatch server IP - Request timed out... FOR FUCKS SAKE!!!

Might try that test again another night... as it doesn't look like I'm playing Overwatch tonight... :(

Overwatch is not even remotely toxic compared to most competitive multiplayer games lmao.
Shittiest reasoning ever lmao.

Reasoning? The overwhelming majority of games are either totally silent or are neutral/positive in tone, unless youre in competitive and playing like ass then it's pretty damn rare to get ripped on, especially considering any other competitive shooter will get you called "faggot" about 15 times a round in public servers and games like LOL or DOTA are even more savage.

What are you doing to get abused in Overwatch? All day erry day Hanzo?

The second ever game of Overwatch I played in the open beta I got called a faggot by a dude for picking Mercy, then he rage quit cause I didn't heal him,

Maybe its the timezone difference playing in WA but I actually found season 1 competitive was pretty idiot free while the casual games had a lot more idiots, but that seems to have swapped this season, maybe because of the only 1 of each character per team change, people get really upset if someone else has the character they want, I never played TF2 so I don't know if its the same but in Overwatch you can pretty much bet they going to pick a shit hero and sink the team.

I find a good way to gauge how your team is going to be is too tell them at the start of the game that no matter what happens you love them all, people are either going to go along with it and have a laugh, ignore you or be dickheads who surprisingly uses more racist than homophobic slurs so you know who to mute/ignore. Its a shame blizzard got rid of the 'Avoid this player' function.

I've been happily surprised by Paladins so far. 22 hours play over the last week or so and not really had one moment of toxic players, abuse, or raging.People are surprisingly quiet in Paladins.

Lol I do EXACTLY that in WoW Doug. Wherever I play with randoms from trade chat or something, "I don't care if we wipe I'll still love you" Everytime someone does anything but have a good giggle I find someone else for the group ... it's like toxic players are afraid of being entertained in a game ... or being loved.

Your reasoning is exactly as I expected. Judging by both your replies you don't sound like you're a particularly positive contribution to any community.

Not sure what I want to play tonight, last couple of nights I really haven't played anything, by the time I get the family in bed, do my study and sit down on my computer I just stare at my games then watch YouTube, should play WoW but I might jump back into Metal Gear Solid V.

I've been meaning to pick up Phonix Wright for my partner I think she'd enjoy it given that 90% of the shows she watches are Law and Order/other crime shows.

Tried some Metal Gear Solid V last night, I'm a bit lost on the story that doesn't matter but also on the controls, I might go replay Ground Zeroes so I can remember to make Snake do the stealth things.

Woke up to news of Wasteland 3 being announced, and to be funded in the near future.
Welp, that pretty much made my morning since Wasteland 2 was my GOTY. :D

Though stretching themselves so thin like this between Torment, Bard's tale and now this is questionable.

Ah, sword coast legends..
My biggest blunder and game that I wasted a good 30-40 dollars on pre-ordering, playing for about an hour and a half total and not touching it ever again.
Was not the Baldur's Gate/Neverwinter Nights experience I was anticipating. =(

Felt too 'Diablo'ish to me. I should probably try getting my money's worth and forcing my way through it at some point for completion's sake though.

I actually think it is closer to BG than Diablo...
Especially story wise where there is some banter between members. I think it needs more party members that you can get, fels like you have to have a couple and then the final spot is a random... I think that is why I liked the 6 person groups of BG

Holy crap Forza Horizon 3 is bloody amazing. Why do I have to work tonight...

Woke up this morning to a message on my Xbox with a code to claim the Warthog from Halo as a drivable vehicle and the first thing I did was drive it out to the desert and do sick burnouts in the dust. Super keen to get home later and try and wrap my head around the absolutely insane amount of tuning and customisation options.
