Council work?
Nah, state government. I've moved into project based work so need to expand my knowledge of land use. Our area dabbles in all sort of projects.

I'd probably have gotten a hydroponics book for that.

Surprisingly no! It's a common perception people have of me given my work history. Even my colleagues thought I was a planner.

My quals actually bookend the planning process so, in theory, I'm in a good position to know what should be going into the planning process to assess the quality of the inputs (and try to manage things so we get the inputs we need) and what needs to come out of it for the next stage to be successful.

What's a Rogaine? Isn't it the stuff you use to promote hair growth

2 x Molly Mutt dog beds. I don't think the crappy K-mart dog beds are providing our old girl with enough support, she's a bit stiff and limpy these days. We have two of these in the living room and they're very much loved, machine washable and incredible quality so decided to grab two new ones. The new ones can go in the living room and the old ones can go in the bedroom.

Technically, yes, but I don't need a large tarp or to travel to the southern Flinders Ranges to use it :D

It's like orienteering but more points-based rather than time-based. Bit of info here - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rogaining

Thanks! There are Rogaining Associations in each state and it's a great way to see parts of the country that you wouldn't normally. They do run shorter events - typically 3hrs - as an intro to the sport.

What's a Rogaining?

It's where you take mushrooms and lock yourself in an isolation tank for 12 hours.

Gave these a try since they're on sale at Woolies. Well aren't they a little bit fancy, coming in a shot glass styled container?

If anyone gets those double choc desserts, they're nice... but remember it's a shot glass sized serving so not much in one.

As for my latest purchase. The garage door opener's motor has fried so a new one of these...

Also got an extra 2x:

In some ways it's a shame my old remotes don't work with the new device as I bought 7 of them originally... only got to use 4 (one for the folks, one for my bro, one for me and one on the spare set of keys I use around the house). Thus, since two come with the device, I just got another two.

Picked up some paints for my MK IV WW1 Tank model.
The Tan and Flat Earth get mixed 50/50 for the base colour.

'Purchased' the services of my hairdresser this evening... she's really nailing it in terms of getting the right shade of blonde at the moment.
