I have ebay plus so have bought 2x Samsung 64Gb microSD cards with SD adapter to save my bro on P&H. Shopping Square is doing a buy 1, get 1 free deal on this card atm so it only cost $28 for two of them.

Pour through coffee maker from ikea , uses a stainless steel screen as the filter - does a pretty good job too , less "sludge" than a french press

In what must be two things that could not be more different from one another...

I have a 70-300mm lens on Canon mount but after purchasing the F mount to CX mount adapter above, I needed an F mount Nikon lens with this focal range. Luckily, Nikon doesn't charge too much for this one.

Also saw camping clothes lines on sale at BCF for $40. Theirs come with camping pegs and have 4 sides compared to the $35 ones with 3 sides at SuperCheap.

GREAT CHOICE DISCO!

That's one of my fave too. Though the shops i go to hardly stock the lemon, ginger and honey. The liqourice and cinnamon one is also good... Like black Sambuca as a tea. The 'Relax' one is also decent.

March has been an expensive month... 20+ year old hot water system shat itself, Disco and I are only able to have 4-5 min showers if both need to shower, so we upgraded to continuous flow and have been steadily draining the limited water resources of our drought-affected community since:

Image

And our dryer crapped itself last year, we sailed through summer without it, but it's been wintery as hell here all weekend and the backed up laundry made it obvious that the smooth sailing was limited to summer only and winter was not going to be as fun... so picked up a new dryer today (went LG as the F&P one we had was shit), with a few hundred bucks discount thanks to our homie Neko:

Now, if our shit could stop dying that would be neat.

I hope your pets avoid this trend!

EDIT: My place has a continuous flow gas water heater too... main issue is when the power is out and I need to shower. Unlike standard water heaters, there's obviously no reserve of hot water stored up which really sucks. Apart from that, it's nice to have hot water when ever I want it. Hope your system serves you guys well.

Yes, we discovered this recently when we had power outage for 6+ hours! Still, I'd choose that over going back to 4 minute showers :)

This was a replacement for the Corsiar K55+Harpoon bundle I bought late last week. The control software kept killing both of them as soon as it loaded. Even Corsair basically gave up after my first support ticket and said to return them

So I quit smoking (4 weeks ago nearly).
Leaves me more disposable income.

Image
Always buy this shit (pun not intended) smoking or not.

Image
Figured I may as well buy this product after pirating it for so long.

Image
I noticed at the JB HiFi store there were 2 prices.
The price below the product, and the price above it for $100 less.
I asked, what's the price, exactly? Lady said "Oh, that's an old price, but I have to honour it". Well that made my decision of buying it a lot easier. Got myself a nice tablet at $100 less. And because I can I got it on 24 months interest-free with that "GO Mastercard" credit card. Will pay it off before 24 months, but it's nice to have it.

Image
$10 cheaper buying online than in store. $10 is $10.

Bought myself a Creality Ender 3 Pro for good behaviour. Have been printing all sorts of knick knacks and upgrades for the printer. Good hobby for improving patience. The Eiffel Tower pictured took over 36 hours to print!

More prints on my Instagram, if that floats your boats. (I have printed boats that float.)

The universe seems to have pity on me...

- Coles has started stocking Pukka tea
- they have the Honey, Ginger and Manuka Honey flavour
- it was on sale too! Was a nice way to add to my weekly $50 spend too.

We've just been on a cruise and my suitcase almost gave up the ghost, with the zippers being stuffed. Having big suitcases without spinner wheels is annoying, and given we're planning a few trips including Fiji and Europe in the next few years I thought I'd have a look online. Found the larger versions of the Flyrite suitcase I purchased for business travel on a pretty big discount (almost 50% off) so I ordered 2 of them.

Hope these ones last for you two. Mum and dad had to do the same on their last trip. Zipper went

I'm thinking we should rename the thread to Autumn purchases. Over 1.5 months of purchases and we still haven't hit 2 pages.

They come with a 15 year warranty, so I've put the receipt and warranty info away (all part of my goal for 2019 to be an adultier adult).

I have the exact same suitcase in a smaller size for business trips and it's been reliable so far.

That's good to read. I have a small flyrite as well. Haven't used it yet.

Because the forum is pretty much dead, if you stopped posting tv shows/movie trailers and the NWN people left it'd be a ghost town

LOL.

The irony for me is that I don't go to the NWN forum and all the trailers is activity that doesn't add anything to my experience here so it feels extra dead to me.

Had another Red Rooster Hellfire Burger for lunch today, the medium one after yesterday's mild. The medium wasn't any spicier and I think I preferred the taste of the mild anyway. May try the hot tomorrow!

I gotta try one of these hellfire burgers.

I got GYG for dinner last night (as I normally do after pilates on Wed nights) and because my fries took longer to make, the guy gave me some of their dipping sauces that isn't at their self serve station. I went with the spicy one... some sort of chipotle mayo. Man it was nice.
