Update V8.3

Finally finished this big update. It took a while as I had to change a lot of crafting recipes and make new items. Also I got sick.
The biggest change is that there is now quite a few more high level crafting ingredients in the world and they are now used in every Peerless or higher tier item.
I'm not telling you where to find the new ingredients, but I expect you will have found them all in about a week anyway. :P
Due to the amount of content changed, there is quite likely to be a few bugs. Also, the drop rates of the new ingredients will likely need tuning.

Change list:
Greater Lightning Weapon recipes fixed.
Abyss Shard should no longer mention caster level increases.
UD crafters should be able to achieve Epic and Mythic crafter titles.
Typoed Mystery Mineral fixed.
Tier 4 wands are now carved from Cedar.
Maple Syrup is now used in Pecan Pies. (This is a buff.)
Cookies are no longer given as a quest reward.
Holy Water is now cheaper and craftable at the Enchanting Altar.
Craft Merchant no longer sells Holy Water. Temple shops now do.
Titanium Plating is now Smelting and not Armour/Weapon Crafting or Tinkering.
Titanium Construct Armour Plating is now Armour Crafting only.
New menu for the Public Forge.
Superior and higher Boots of Sneaking recipes corrected.
Hellfire Essence now inflicts a level drain that can be cured.
Choppable Trees now have unique appearances (I regret deciding to do this).
Scales should now drop identified again.
Dragon bosses with coloured scales should drop them again.
Summoned Balors/Dragons now correctly get increased Discipline, not some skill that doesn't exist.
Anti disarm screw-over script tweaked.
Removed Gem of Enhancement cost from Scroll of Greater Unlocking.
Superlative Robes of the Rogue recipe should now read correctly.
Failing a Superior Glittering Girdle now returns a +4 version.
Forge Runing Attack or Might can no longer roll +6, making higher values more likely as a side effect.
Added extra Shadow Dragon encounter.
Desert Dragon now has the correct loot scripts on its treasure piles.
A few other objects with inexplicable epic boss level loot reduced.
Gypsy and Legendary Beast tokens now more common.
NPC spell casting level can be overriden.
Disco added to Aurora Elemental.
Bioware Bodak removed from all encounters in the module. (CR9 is a bit early to be handing out instant death.)
A range of new Bodaks have been added to make your death more convenient.
A few extra dracolich encounters added.
Milling scales now gives two units of powder per scale.
Scribing level 8 scrolls now uses Red Dragon Scale Powder.
(Lesser) Mind Blank now checks for caster level bonuses from other classes.
Fixed Gaolers spamming Missile Storms on hit.
Scourge Elite Succubi tweaked.
Gargoyle Powder production doubled.
~20 new crafting ingredients hidden around the world/planes.
Crafting Gems of Misc Thingy removed from recipes.
New crafting ingredients added to recipes.
Crafted Cloaks now upgraded with leather.
Extra gem exchanger recipes added.
Crafting Gems of Misc Thingy removed from Craft Merchant's Inventories.
Reduced the base value of Rainbow Crystals.
Revised crafted ingredient values.
Crafting IGMS scrolls now works.
Typos in Portal clues corrected.
Tieflings possibly fixed.
Slaadi in the Valley of Blight - Tunnels now cap at CR 17.
Duplicate Chaos Death Slaadi replaced with Chaos Red/Blue Slaadi.
Recipes on the Enchanting Pools have been shuffled around. (It actually imploded from there being too many lines of code on the Advanced Pool...)
Typo in the Dreaming Gulf Mines corrected.
Dragon Talisman Recipe changed.

Awesome work! Thanks very much. Did the fix to wyvern blood make it on to this update? The Totems cannot currently progress past +4, I think.

OK checked a few things. IGMS work on scribing and duplicating stations.
Robe of Rogue fixed.
Thalack now gives Epic title but no Mythic (maybe a manual? Been waiting nine months hehe)
Trees look good, more realistic sizing. Why do you regret it?
Holy Water , scale powders and other ingredients look good.
Still getting my mind around all the new ingredients, hope the adventurers don't leave.
Have not found Prima Materia yet, thought it was to be on gems?

Will absorb some more and get back with anything i find amiss.

Mythic Crafter title requires every craft at 20 plus 10 schematics. If you have that and it isn't working, then something is broken.

Finding models that looked semi appropriate without duplication took ages.

Prime Materia isn't needed yet, so isn't in the recipes yet.

Iona has all the requirements for Mythic Crafter and has had for sometime as discussed before, therefore tis broken as I reported a loooong time ago.

Ok will stop trying to find Prime Materia, which answers another question, there is more updates required. Will wait and see.

The script is only rechecking titles when you are granted a new schematic, so a manual rename will be needed here.

Was hoping to see something along the lines of Keen to Minor rune for say 50 Keen and 100kgp or 125kgp even going to 200kgp

10kgp for 1 Enhanced or 50kgp for 1 Greater Enhanced is stupid. 30Kgp for 3 Enhanced and then upgrading to Greater Enhanced is 20k which is exactly the same, shouldn't there be some slight discount?

Converting gems into runes makes runes purchasable, which is not desired at the moment.

Why should there be a discount for the same end result? That would mean that one of the options is a trap. (Which you would then call to have adjusted to match the cost of the other one.)

I would have thought with all the people complaining about drop rates of runes and the glut of keen gems dropping on the server it would make perfect sense.

A bit of good news I forgot. Sorting the Public Forge Menu seems to have fixed the annoying habit of it throwing back Ingots when trying to load. Have used it a fair bit with no problem Yay!

IIRC that was caused by the anti-disarm script, which Andre has also tweaked in this release :)

Have come up with a little bit of an issue with the trees upgrade to specific looks... In the gardens the oak trees are now much bigger and I can not get access to the wood crafting benches inbetween those oaks and the hickory trees any more... Mainly because of the increased size of the proximity glow of the oak trees...

Can we have the lines of trees widened ? Or move the crafting benches out of the middle of these two rows of trees ?

Another option there was a coded script some years back on the old vault that made the proximity glow just to the glow at the bottom of trees ... I do not know even if such still exists anywhere any more but it is just a suggestion ...

Update V8.3.1:

Totem recipe now recognises the stackable Wyvern Blood.
Choppable Trees in the Community Gardens trimmed.
Appearance of regrown Mahogany trees corrected.
Description of Bodak Tooth Powder fixed.
"Archers" removed from crafted bows and revised ranged weapons have been added to the preview shops.
Duplicating Missile Storm Scrolls is now productive.
Excelsior Dwarven Waraxe recipe corrected.
Cookie description updated.
Gnomish Construct Summoner should no longer waste its charge if you don't target yourself.
You can now hand in War Supplies from Master Crafter.
Corrected Totem recipe gold.
Craftable Bard's Lutes added (and I've remembered to add them to the display store).
Elder Beholder abilities tweaked.
Scroll of Recall added.
Removed a whole shark from the Totem of the Beast recipe.
Greater Wings Amulets now block scripted knockdowns in Thanatos.
Crafting should now abort if it can't create the item.
Better DM controls for quest stages.
DMs can now create up to 3 portal links via the coloured portals located in Placeables/Custom/Special 1.

Now that most of the new ingredients have been found and I have done several crafts using them I would like to give my general opinions so far.

The new ingredients are interesting and most apt for the crafted items requiring them. A hunter will have to give opinion of gathering them hehe.

The new recipes fall mainly into two categories. One requiring more ingredients, using several crafting devices and unused ingredients. The second shorter but using more hunted ingredients. Both are interesting with some challenges which makes crafting so much fun.

The revamped old recipes are mostly an improvement and make them more concise. I first thought some of the changes unnecessary but realise we are yet to see the finished plan so shall reserve judgement. No good wasting your time nit picking without seeing the "big picture" hehe.

With one exception (damned Pommel hehe) I have found no bugs after several dozen crafted items. For such a large job and heaps of codes etc. you deserve a big pat on the back Andre, well done!

Looking forward to next instalment/completion of revamp.

Crafter Construct Summoners now work without requiring targetting of the user as well.
Spawns in Spider Forest tweaked again...
A strange gnome has been seen giving classes in the Trade Workshop about efficient techniques for making Wire and Gears.
Damned Pommel Gem recipe should damned well work now.
Adjusted the base values of the whole Gem of Enhancement lines. Higher tier ones now scrap for a decent amount of cash if you need it. Buying Greater Enhancement gems is no longer super cheap.

Server Updated:
You should now be able to start the War Supplies Quest at any title from Master Crafter or above.
Schematics of all levels are now available.
Gem crafting schematic 2 no longer allows you to craft Gems of (Greater) Enhancement.
Schematic descriptions updated. They now have some hints about possible later recipes.
Too much Kabu Wolf hunting has caused a decrease in their numbers. Local Druids say they aren't facing extinction yet, but expect to see less of them.
Small tweak to helm recipes.
Adjusted Totem ingredients to be less of a pain with requiring raw ingredients and more in line with the new ingredient tiers.
