Battlefield 4 - Legacy Operations Cinematic

The question: First or third person?
The answer: *boom* Headshot!

All I am using now is the bow and the Mare's Leg with a 4* scope no matter what kit I'm playing. Makes for some average scores, but that one time a round when there's 4 people in a line and you get a 4 head shot multi kill with those nasty broad heads, it's all worth it.

Nice!

That's a pretty cool set up there. I've yet to unlock the 4x scope on the Mare's Leg (haven't used it much)... currently working on unlocking other guns but looking forward to using the Mare's Leg more.

Still getting use to the bow myself though getting an understanding of aiming has helped:

Now if I could only get onto one of my favourite servers... with my favs, they're either all full with a queue or they're empty.

Best advice I can give you relating to the bow is, don't lead to much on a moving target. The bow shoots much faster and flatter than you might expect. Having said that, I am far from pro with the bow. My KD has dropped a full 1 point from 1.9:1 to 0.9:1 since I've been using it (as you can see I wasn't that great to start with, let alone after the steep decline due to a bow only approach), but it's so much fun it's worth it to me.

Thanks for the tips mate. My KD is pretty crap anyway. Currently sitting at 0.49 so there's only so much I can make it worse - lol

In terms of gun unlocks, I'm pretty happy with what I've got access to atm for DMRs, Carbines, Assault Rifles, and LMGs. I haven't used any shottys yet but after having a play with the sniper rifle up on the tower on Paracel, I'm keen to unlock a better sniper rifle. I've tried my hand at long distance sniping (around 800m) using the CS-LR4 and can hit opponents, but never headshotted. Something tells me I'm gonna need something better.

There's not a lot of great guns for the secondary "pistol" slot. The Mare's leg is ok, but bad on maps that are tight. If you want a laugh, if you get in a lockers or metro, use the Shorty. Keep an eye on chat for the rage when you use it.

Yeah, I'll need to give the Shotty a try sometime and I play enough Locker so I'm not worrying about finding my way around the map and can focus on the shooting.

I was playing some Locker then... our team was getting owned but I've come to camp well as support... I usually lay down claymores in front of my area, and keep restocking on grenades (just unlocked incendiary so decided to use that to annoy the other team). The grenades lure the enemies towards me and they trip over the claymores continuously. I must have racked up 10 kills that way before someone decided to jump in with an RPG to take me and the claymores out.

Hilarious stuff!

OK, this has got to be the most annoying thing to do... I'm trying to unlock the GOL Magnum sniper rifle but sniping 5 enemies from the towers in Caspian is nigh impossible as players blow them up so damn early on. Haven't managed to get onto Firestorm to give it a try there.

Well, I've found out to do this unlock the "easy" way. This champ has indicated that you don't need to snipe at all... you can use any weapon just as long as you make the kills whilst standing on the towers.

Easiest way is to go onto a Firestorm map with only a few people with a friend... be on opposing team, and your friend lets you kill them or you trade kills.

Do with a sniper rifle to get the ribbon after 6 kills I think.

Now I just gotta get someone willing to trade kills. Guess it's my bro to the rescue again - lol

Found someone who was willing to trade kills... and on Caspian too... luckily only 5 people in game so it was doable. Now just need to unlock the 20x scope and the rangefinder on this thing and I'm in long distance sniper heaven.

There's three choices you can make at the end. Each one rewards a different weapon. I don't know much more than this as I am trying not to spoil the story for myself. I usually don't do single player campaigns but if I'm gonna do one it better be a surprise so I get something out of the trouble.

There's a bunch of campaign exclusive tags, and a few guns, as well as a couple of melee slot items like a machette, etc. The tags are collected in the campaign, you can see them glinting, you just go pick them up. The weapons are from achievements/milestones throughout the campaign, such as completing campaign assignments, and achievements gained by making choices.

Yeah, I'll likely be on FPSG's 2500 ticket Operation Locker a bit. I need to level up my assault class so I can get the medic bag so I don't have to lob med kits anymore. Might also spend some time as recon. Need to unlock claymores... they're great for camping.
