Oh nice. Might have to give it a go this weekend. My Shaman is at a good level for Mythics so I've been enjoying doing them lately.

So the new expansion talk and the Warfront things in particular dragged me back for a bit. Am nearly 108 (300xp short!) on my human rogue. Gryphon rides are so damn expensive now.

Don't know if anyone else has done the rogue Order Hall stuff, but you get to hire pirates for the mission things. I am a big fan of that.
Want to hit 110 before the new year so I have at least one character done before the next expansion. For a change.

Also want to hit 110 on Alliance so I can go start a Horde and probably use the 100 level boost. So I have a character to unlock the moose Taurens in the next expansion...

I made a demon hunter and got to 110 but didn’t finish all the legion stuff so I can’t fly yet in legion. Not sure if I can justify the cost at this stage to resub. Also I hate raiding with a passion (or more the having to be meta and do things a certain way or bigger off mentality)

Kids and stuff mean I can'[t really commit to a raiding schedule or anything. I'll usually do new raid content etc once on my main through the Looking for Group thing for the story content, and then leave it, and go back to levelling alts/HotS

I don't do raids either. Dungeons with rude people are bad enough for me.

Also I still can't fly in Draenor. I don't want to ride around all the zones, just let me buy the training!

Wooo, 110 at last! At almost exactly 8 days /played.

Now to start those extra Order Hall upgrades...

I have one character on Barthilas and I don't remember why. A level 55 Death Knight, which is basically a level 1 character then I think? It's not even a name placeholder!

Got to Broken Shores today so going to try and do a World Quest thing. No idea what I'm doing.
[edit] Oh they're just like the various "Bonus Quests" you get in other zones? Okay.

Check the world map - do 4 for a faction that is listed as active there and get a bonus cache at the end of it.

Did The Wardens one, got another 2.5 billion artifact xp item, a Blood of Sargeras and 700 order hall resources for the final turn in. Yay?
It said to return to "The Emissary" when I was done but never said who that is or where he was. Had to go look it up on the internets. Been a bit of that I've had to do this time around.

SHould show up on the world map. From memory the Wardens emissary is in Southern Azuna (the southwest zone)

Yeah, was on the world map but the marker was hidden under the flightpath marker. Bit annoying.

Tried Subtlety again when I flew off to Argus but was pretty disappointed. Outlaw is so much better for soloing, at least for me. See lots of other Subtlety Rogues wandering around in the Order Hall though so maybe I'm just a bad rogue.

The patch coming in 9 minutes from now includes the old world level scaling stuff, so you can level pretty much anywhere you want for as long as you want, in theory.

It does seem a little steep to me. They are adding some neat new features, like the islands, warfronts and allied races this time.
But oof. Wish they'd at least put a month's sub in there. A lot of people will have to buy it and resub to play so the real price is higher still.

Having flying done is good if you ever need to go back to collect anything. I have to ride on the ground sometimes, it's the worst.

I still haven't succumbed, but it's getting close. Wouldn't mind getting a couple of legendaries for my rogue, or work on unlocking allied races, maybe buy some more of the heirlooms... >_>

Still need to fully level a Horde one day as well. Hrmmm.
