This guy is decent player when it comes to fighting games (usually Street Fighter) but when playing Soul Calibur IV, he has a bit of trouble taking on Starkiller as Darth Vader from the 11min mark onwards...

Pretty sure the voice actor is the same guy. Was just watching IGN's daily fix which said this and the article below seems to indicate similarly:
