He probably wants a little set of tweezers to hold his blunts with.

Feeling pissed off with P&O at the moment, they called yesterday and said as we were returning guests they would like to offer us an upgrade to a mini-suite. I've always wanted to stay in a mini-suite but never been willing to part with the dollars, so I thought it was my lucky day. I said yes immediately and the guy put me on hold... then came back to the phone and said "Oh sorry, someone else just gave that room to another passenger. There's no further upgrades available." Cockheads.

You would think they'd have that kind of stuff better organised. Even though it's free, that is something that is guaranteed to piss off paying customers.
I've also found out it's surprisingly difficult to buy cryptocurrency. Wanted to buy a few cheap coins as a gift for a work colleague but every site seems to want my drivers license or passport info.

My brother's couch is his cat's favorite scratching surface. Hopefully he has the sense to get one made of material the cat doesn't want to rip into for his next couch... Likely needed by the end of the year.

Re: Fleeting/Random/Thoughts
if you cover the scratch points in foil then the cat won't scratch that area, though they might just choose another area of the couch. carpet around a table leg often works as an alternative they seem to like carpet or grippy things

Re: Fleeting/Random/Thoughts
Get something like "RedHOT Spray", spray it on a piece of fabric and use the fabric to cover the area kitty scratches - it's essentially a pepper spray - kitty gets it on their paws, go to lick it off, dislikes the pepper spray, thinks "fuck, I don't think I'll do that again" and job done.
Works really well for dogs that rip washing off the line, to stop an animal chewing on it's bandages, and so on.

What is it with the anti-cat crowd and wanting to murder people's pets? You don't hear much about it for other pets, even ones that can do a lot of harm.

The only cats I've ever killed were feral on properties.. just FYI!Otto-matic Reiffel wrote: ↑29 Mar 2019, 03:33What is it with the anti-cat crowd and wanting to murder people's pets? You don't hear much about it for other pets, even ones that can do a lot of harm.
But you should see the guys on some of the Australian gun/hunting forums... that regularly trap and kill domestic cats and enjoy it. Fucking nutjobs.

I have a mate/ex-boss who is a full-on animal rights activist, Sea Shepherd member, the whole 9-yards... his house is on part of a wildlife sanctuary and he got a fox on his property (through a 3m electric fence) which was killing all his bilbys and quokkas... despite not wanting to, he had to get rid of this thing, so he asked if I knew where to get a crossbow, so I took him down to see my mate that runs an archery shop... I showed him all the hunting pics on the wall and said mate we should get your picture up thereDisco wrote: ↑29 Mar 2019, 18:50The only cats I've ever killed were feral on properties.. just FYI!Otto-matic Reiffel wrote: ↑29 Mar 2019, 03:33What is it with the anti-cat crowd and wanting to murder people's pets? Dammit! Coles have started another round of 4x $50 spends. Was hoping for some breathing room. I get bonus 1000 points for spending $50 by Friday too.

Got a $20 voucher for Woolworths with a $220 minimum spend. I think we've only spent just over $100 once at the supermarket...

Went on my first blind date since... Well ever... On Saturday night. Nice girl. Seems honest, open and straight to the point. Those traits are a turn on for me so I had to keep my hard on under check. She's keen to meet up again which is a good sign I'm not a complete lost cause lol

How is a blind date a thing in 2019?

Well, I use a Windows phone so tinder was never an option for me. Apparently others also rely on acquaintances to hook them up with potential partners too. We both know my cousin in law, and are hermits after work so... blind date it was.
At least you guys know that her arse is safe.

I've been adventuring with my favourite human, thought I'd share a few pictures with anyone who is interested:
All up, a really fun week away... just a shame to come home and spend a week battling a cold/flu thing straight after!

Due to being out and about tending to family and dates, my 6 cups of brown rice to go with my chili con carne has been soaking since Friday night and started fermenting. My kitchen doesn't smell too nice atm.
